Our mission statement is "Total Customer Satisfaction For Everything We Do". We strive to ensure that quality, on time delivery and that engineering and quality of services meet customers' specifications and expectations. In 2004, KESM became the first sub-contracting company in the industry to achieve the ISO 9001 certification, and continued to elevate to a higher platform in quality system in attaining the ISO/TS 16949 compliance in 2004. Our Commitment To Quality KESMI is fully committed to promoting the highest quality of services, on time delivery and that engineering capabilities meet customers' expectations. Our employees are trained in methods improvement and statistical process control techniques and are involved in productivity programs. In 2004, KESM was the first to be accredited by SIRIM with ISO 9001, a first for the industry. We continue to elevate to a higher platform in quality system in attaining the ISO/TS 16949 compliance in 2004. Certainly, service par excellence will continue to feature in our quest for quality.
